CH Villa Murillo Ciudad Quesada

Very lovely private villa Positive: Villa Murillo is a beautiful villa which is very quiet and very private. There is sufficient parking space for two cars at the front of the villa and automatic gates to the villa. The place was immaculately clean, and every facility you could wish for was catered for. Most of all the swimming pool was heavenly and was cleaned twice a week by a totally professional person. All in all a fabulous holiday Negative: I can't think of anything I didn't like

Everything we wanted and more! Positive: We booked this Villa due to the outdoor facilities. We were not disappointed, it was amazing and we spent very little time inside. The house itself is lovely, very cool, clean and spacious. The new bathroom is beautiful. The house is equipped more than adequately and the surrounding area excellent. We absolutely loved the house and was very sad to leave. Negative: N/a

Rented this villa for the fourth time. Once again we really enjoyed the spacious villa, the swimming pool, the privacy and the wonderful weather.

La casa es muy cómoda al estar en una sola planta, la limpieza interior y exterior muy bien. La cama de matrimonio grande y muy cómoda. Las otras habitaciones no las usamos. El menaje de cocina completo y en buen estado. La piscina bien cuidada y limpia. Vinieron 2 veces en una semana a limpiarla. En el aspecto negativo invasión de hormigas y cucarachas, desde la agencia se ofrecieron a dar soluciones, pero viajamos con dos gatos y no podíamos usar insecticidas. El jardín es bonito, aunque le falta riego, la palmera que hay en la entrada estaba seca al igual que muchas otras plantas. Personalmente aconsejaría la instalación de mosquiteras en ventanas y revisar el aire acondicionado del dormitorio principal que no enfría mucho.

Positive: The whole experience of a Villa. Everything was there at hand. You didn't need for anything, except for shopping obviously. Couldn't fault it at all. Negative: Nothing at all.
