The villa was perfect for our family of 5. The online pictures don’t do it justice, it’s very spacious, the pool is large and deep enough for dives and big splashbombs, and there is plenty of kit supplied such as umbrellas and mats for beach days, golf clubs, bikes, bats and balls and loads of inflatables for the pool. It really was a great stay it was the best equipped villa we have stayed in. It’s in a quiet area, Quesada central is 5 min drive, the AquaPark 5mins away, the beach is 10 min drive away, Guardamar seafront is 10min drive. Torrevieja marina and seafront is 15min drive. Overall a great family holiday location and fantastic villa.

Zentral gelegen, ruhig und ca 7-10 Gehminuten vom schönen Park El Recorral entfernt und ca 5 Autominuten vom Quesada Zentrum. Die Villa ist für 2-3 Personen geeignet, verfügt zwar über drei Schlafzimmer, allerdings mangelt es an Ablageflächen und Schränken, vor allem in den 2 Bädern, die lediglich je zwei Miniwaschbecken (20 x30 cm) haben und sonst keine Ablagen. Ich als Einzelperson mit Hund habe mich damit arrangiert, fühle mich sehr wohl und werde auch ein drittes mal die Villa mieten. Grundstück auch für größere Hunde geeignet, da ringsherum entsprechende Mauern. Die Vermietungsagentur, mit Scott und Francisco, ist absolut empfehlenswert. Bei Problemen sind die Jungs 24/7 erreichbar und kümmern sich. Vielen Dank.

Very clean and will equipped with airconditioner in each room. The private pool is also clean and big . neighbourhood is extremely quiet and felt secure. In Short, it’s a great location if you are looking for a relaxing vacation house .
