CH Villa Mare Ciudad Quesada

The villa was amazing and massive. The pool area is excellent my family used it quite a lot and it was clean too. I woul Positive: The property was huge but there were nine of us so in that it was more than enough Negative: We had a small issue with the electricity but the agents sorted it out quickly

We enjoyed our time, loved sitting out on the veranda Positive: The location was good for us. Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Positive: Space, CHomes responded very quickly re some issues we had and dealt with them Negative: Shutters were broken, mossie nets broken. Didn't like neighbours very rude and intimidating. When speaking to them afterwards, they were very rude and abusive in the local bar. Tiles' round pool very slippy, but CHomes came out and put grips down as one of group slipped and was hurt badly. Didn't get keys until 16.30pm. However, they did allow us to stay till 12noon on departure date Smoke alarms all dismantled and were put in TV unit Electric tripped when oven was on went to put kettle on CHomes did make us aware of this and explained where Electric box was top of street on corner

Positive: Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la villa est très propre avec son parking privé pour mettre 2 voitures sans problèmes, sa piscine de 10x5m, ses belles terrasses et son intérieur ventilé et climatisé dans toutes les pièces. L'agent qui s'occupe de la location est très serviable. Negative: Il n'y a rien que je ne puisse dire, j'ai tout apprécié....
