This is the first time we have used CH Holidays and found the experience to be smooth throughout the whole process. We had an early flight and were concerned we would not be able to enter the villa until later in the afternoon, but on arrival at the office we were pleased that the key was available. The villa was absolutely amazing, home from home. Very clean with comfortable beds. We made the most of the solarium sitting up there most of the night. The pool was a little bit smaller than we are used to but was adequate for our needs. We had an issue with the upper shower leaking and contacted Scott straight away, we also had a problem with one of the sunbeds, Scott was very helpful with both issues.
