Enjoyed it & would def recommend. We were a family of 4 & all had a great time Positive: Villa was great, location we knew you need a car really to get about so that was sorted. Pool was amazing 2 sec walk away from Villa & no one seemed to use it so it was like having our own private pool. Negative: Villa needs a tiny bit of TLC to it but didnt deter our enjoyment. Gardens def need to be cut back more often as at times we were pushing the leaves etc out of way & it did stop us using outside downstair area but that was our choice. It may help if there was a folder as how to use TV, oven etc not a necessity as trial & error we got sorted.

I had the pleasure to overwinter in this nice house for the second year in a row. The already fully equipped kitchen and one of the two bathrooms had been renovated. Also more streaming facilities for extra home entertainment. I am sure to come back next winter.

Nice house with all facilities, 2 bathrooms very convenient, nice big garden, and also roof sunterrace, a lot of bar/restaurants, even on walking distance, in short I had a good time for three months

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and well equipped. The facilities were excellent with secure off road parking, large garden and solarium with lovely views. Close to communal pool and well positioned for local amenities and trips to local resorts of Guadarmar and Torrevieja. Check in and checkout were easy and assistance from the property manager, Scott, was readily available. We would definitely stay here again.
