CH Villa Marabu Lagoon Doña Pepa (Ciudad Quesada)

It’s a nice, but the location is a little far to walk to the town Positive: The Villa was nice but we were extremely disappointed. We thought totally the hot tub was great until we noticed on the screen that it hadn’t been cleaned for over 222 days, which is extremely dangerous, The swimming pool was fine and at least it was cleaned regularly. Kitchen was clean with lots of crockery and glasses. Bedrooms were a very nice size and were also bright and spacious. Negative: As above the hot tub not being cleaned. We noticed that they hadn’t been clean for over 200 days and after looking it showed the filters were dark brown and gave the impression of being blocked up. Which was a real disappointment as this one of the reasons of booking this Villa. Shame that after travelling and arranging to be able to go into the Villa at 3pm it wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Outside rear patio cushions were heavily stained. On the top solarium the pergola was split and continually kept banging in the wind and definitely will need to be fixed before it gets worse.

Really enjoyed it Positive: Location was good 20min walk in to center Negative: That fact that I had to pick up & drop off keys from office which needs a taxi journey would have been better if we could have met at property also air conditioning unit upstairs wasn't work & replacement wasn't very good noisy & also gave off extra heat should have been sorted before we arrived didn't really want workmen in while we were staying there

loved it Positive: modern apartment beautiful own pool Negative: couple of damaged areas in the home from previous tenants but nothing worth worrying about. slightly out of way from all restaurants, some good local ones nearby though

We had a great stay in this wonderful Villa , it has everything needed, home from home . Great location and we would definitely stay again. Great service from CH holidays .
