CH Villa Calida Monteazul (Benijofar)

Awesome holiday. Lovely Villa. CH Holidays are brilliant and would highly recommend them.

We had a amazing time at CH Villa and would not hesitate to go back and stay again. 5 Star Positive: Quite big villa, with beautiful pool and evening sun on the terrace, couldn't ask for more, The air con worked in every room, Smart tv was also a blessing as i took my portable hard drive that has thousands of films and series on it to keep me entertained. The area was quite and i felt very safe at night. Scott our host was superb and answered my queries straight away. Would i go back to this villa and stay again, Without doubt YES. Negative: The villa was big and could of benefited from having a pool table or even a table tennis table. The Cicadas in the trees opposite during the day can be a little noisy but you get used to them, Very common noise in Spain.

Lovely villa, very clean and spacious, very good location, safe and quiet area, plenty of space for car parking, very good airconditioning, be careful not to leave it below 22 degrees or you wake up forzen at night "we kept it at 24", good pathrooms, kitchen and the space around the pool, the pool contains lights so it is easily usable at night The owner spent generously on renovation and swimming pool, however it needs small little things like a dishwasher and a hoover "the hoover isn't working probably nobody alerted the owner to that", it needs some culinary trays for the kitchen, the barbeque is very good but some metal parts need replacing The internet is usable but it should be faster, "measured speed is 6 to 10 mbps", it could be slow at peak times No insects "some other villas have" The estate agent service "Scott" is five stars, they respond to emails and phone calls 24/7 and very helpful
