We were already familiar with apartments in the Allegra complex. This one (#135) is in a very good location if, like us, you want to have lots of sun in your garden and on your terrace. You have a good view of the pool in its well-maintained garden. The complex is mostly very tranquil. The Doña Pepa area of Quesada has various supermarkets within walking distance. More are a short drive away, as is a selection of good restaurants. Scott is an attentive host, who dropped by quickly when it turned out the oven was not working. Pricing direct with Camelot is very reasonable. The only drawback was that the furnishings of the apartment, which are rather spartan. This might be OK if you are only there for a couple of days. But for a stay of several weeks it was a bit meagre. Especially the lack of some proper blankets, as the nights can be quite chilly in winter. We provided Scott with a shopping list for some more basics, so hopefully it will be improved next time. Because we definitely plan to come back for another long sojourn.

Lovely modern apartment in central location in an excellent complex

This apartment is lovely. We only stayed 4 nights but it would be a great place to book for longer stays too. Lovely large terrace garden, enclosed but with direct access to the beautiful pool area. The apartment is equipped with all you would need for a family or group of friends to enjoy a self sufficient holiday. Added extras which would make anyones stay more comfortable would be the addition of throws or blankets for the beds or for sitting outside in the evening. We stayed in March and the nights could be chilly, the apartment has a great heating / aircon system, but blankets would be nice. Also if guests were staying who don't know the area, I do, the addition of an information booklet with taxi numbers, takeaways, recommendations for local bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. would be a useful addition.

Biddlestone

Perfect winter location to enjoy warm and comfortable sunny days and evenings. CH Allegra is an exceptionally private and well maintained and managed residential community. Despite the lower seasonal temperatures we took advantage of the communal swimming pool which was fantastic and the maintenance staff were regularly cleaning the pool and surrounding areas to a very high standard. Our south facing ground floor apartment was perfectly situated thus benefitting from constant warm sunshine throughout the day; either sitting in the garden, the terrace or by the pool. The apartment was spacious with a well equipped open plan kitchen and living room, each bedroom had plenty of storage space with one being en-suite. One of the great benefits of this property was there was private off-road parking with enough space for a couple of cars. Centrally located for all amenities, shopping, restaurants, gymnasiums and bars all within walking distance made it an easy choice for us to spend our winter there. Big thanks to the Camelot team for their support throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location and setting. We really enjoyed our stay with the apartment spotlessly clean on arrival made all the difference! The pool area is well maintained and with such easy access is somewhere I will highly recommend to friends and family. All the amenities within comfortable walking distance makes this a really great holiday apartment!
