CH Allegra 39 Doña Pepa (Ciudad Quesada)

We have stayed in different properties in this area over last 10 years and this is the nicest complex I’ve stayed in. The villas are very modern and well designed, efficient AC, spotlessly clean, it’s a gated community so you feel very safe. It’s a quiet and relaxing place. The pools and gardens are well maintained. This unit has a good location with the pool practically outside your door, there are three pools in total to choose from in the whole complex, two are identical and then one which is much larger. One tip, I wouldn’t bother trying to park a car inside the driveway, it’s quite tight and difficult to manoeuvre, there is plenty of street parking and it seems most residents do that and use pedestrian gate entrance which is very close and quick to walk from.
