CH Oasis Sea Senses Punta Prima (Torrevieja)

I spent 9 unforgettable days at CH Oasis Sea Senses Punta Prima, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee with a sea view was pure bliss. The facilities were top-notch — from the infinity pool and hot tub to the sauna and fitness center. Everything was designed for comfort and relaxation. The location was perfect: just steps from Cala Piteras Beach and close to restaurants, shops, and scenic walking paths. The atmosphere was peaceful and secure, ideal for unwinding. Whether you're into swimming, cycling, or just soaking up the sun, this place has it all. I truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and serene getaway on the Costa Blanca.

For what is a 'Premium' rental we felt that the owners are letting the agents down. The view from the lounge / diner is fantastic through huge plate glass 'sliding' doors looking East out over the sea with sun rises to behold and a beautiful balcony on which to recline on loungers, or sit at the table sipping coffee in the mornings, or a glass of wine in the evenings. Our disappointment with the owner’s investment in the apartment is that the beds are of a poor quality, even though there is a memory-foam topper on the double bed it does nothing to improve what is underneath. Likewise the mattresses on the single beds in the second bedroom are of similar quality but without the toppers. Additionally the bed linin is of very poor quality along with the duvet which was lumpy. Add this to the fitted sheet had a tear in it and left us feeling that things were un-loved. . Moreover there is also a question of maintenance of the sea facing sliding doors from both the bedroom and lounge / diner; which do slide but with a great deal of effort, accordingly my wife failed to open them the whole holiday as far too stiff. Bathroom fittings, particularly the second shower room door failed to close securely which also needs attention. Add the above issues to the fact that some of the china was chipped, glasses miss matched and the ‘Premium Quality’ expected does somewhat leave you thinking have I been overcharged? Just one couples opinion on our second visit to this apartment. Will we go back? Only if reassured by the agent that things have been improved by the owners, then we will.

Parfait séjour, tout était parfait de l’arrivée au départ. L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description et était propre. Toute ma petite famille a adoré, nous reviendrons sûrement.
