CH Villa Rio Tajo Rojales

Positive: The villa is really well set out and has everything you need ( + more!) for a brilliant self catering holiday. The place was faultless. We stayed for 2 weeks and could have happily stayed 6 months!! The area is VERY quiet. It's about a 15 minute walk either way to 2 areas of restaurants and bars. There's virtually no traffic and everywhere just felt really safe. Air con good and in each required room. TV box already set up and WiFi about 25mbps. Hope that's helpful!

Nice place Positive: Location Size of property Negative: Not enough lounger for round the pool for 4 adults as quite a few were broken not information about the lights outside they were also not enough to sit outside in the evening it was like as it’s the end of the season they didn’t care that things were broken

Kai Positive: Uima-allas oli huippu, sängyt ja peitot todella laadukkaat ja jokaisessa huoneessa ilmastointi oli luksusta. Varustelu oli niin hyvää, kaikenlaisia varusteita rattaista lähtien, ettei olisi tarvinnut ottaa juuri mitään mukaan. Negative: Meillä saattoi olla huono tuuri, mutta alueella oli paljon pihalla ampiaisia ja kun yritimme syödä ulkona, 5min päästä niitä oli pöydällämme 7 kpl ainakin pyörimässä ja lapset eivät halunneet enää syödä ulkona, joten söimme sisällä. Uidessa eivät häirinneet. Näytti, että oli pesä kattotiilien alla. Toinen oli leivänpaahdin, laitoimme leivät paahtumaan niin vasen puoli leivistä meinasi syttyä palamaan, joten paahtimessa oli varmaan jotakin vikaa, joten emme uskaltaneet käyttää sitä toista kertaa.

This villa exceeded all expectations! It was beautifully designed, fully equipped, and perfectly located. The WiFi was fast, the TV had all the streaming apps, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were lovely, with plenty of shade and seating areas. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming (brought the kids lollies and didn't mind when we accidentally threw our frisbee in their garden), and the communication from CH was excellent - we had a small issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently. We're so grateful for our wonderful stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.
